Inworks Expo

Over the past four months, teams of Inworks' students and community members have been collaborating on innovative projects. Our Spring Expo showcases the results of their work!

During Expo, you'll get a chance to explore each team's big idea, then to vote for your favorites. All awards will be announced before the event's end, so you'll know which teams get to take home the prizes.

Inworks' Expo is open to the public, and snacks and beverages will be provided.

Networking Night with Ember + A Special Announcement!

Tragically, almost a third of US traffic deaths are the result of intoxicated driving, a problem the Ember team took on with the development of the RXN Wristband. It’s the world’s first battery-free wristband that glows when its wearer is intoxicated. The RXN Wristband is remarkable not only because it tackles a tough human challenge, but because it’s made entirely of biological materials – the bands aren’t manufactured, they’re grown (learn more at www.ember.bio)!

On February 14, meet the Ember team, learn about their incredible invention, ask questions, and get tips on how to design your own product – whether biological or technological.

Stick around until 6:30pm when our special guests will announce an exciting, new annual award for Inworks students and community members!
