SolidWorks Part 2

Scott Krueger has been a mechanical engineer for over eight years, and has been using SolidWorks for over ten years. He has worked for Barry-Wehmiller designing high-speed can-seaming technologies and as an independent consultant for an engineering firm in New Zealand. He currently works at BluePrint Automation in Longmont, CO on robotic packaging systems. Scott will be leading this two-part workshop on SolidWorks that will feature:

·  Hands-on experience with 3D CAD and solid modeling techniques in SolidWorks.
·  Create multiple parts and combine into assemblies.
·  Learn the basics of conceptual, functional, detail design and basic manufacturing techniques.
·  Learn creative thinking and best practices from industry.
