What you will see at Inworks

The Inworks Design and Prototyping Lab (DAPL) contains an assortment of modern prototyping equipment including an Epilog 40”x28” 60-watt laser cutter, a Tormach 4-axis CNC milling machine (all metals, plastics, composites), a ShopBot 3-axis CNC router (wood and aluminum), a Taz 3D printer (ABS plastic, plastic wood), a MarkForge 3D printer (carbon fiber, Kevlar, nylon, fiberglass, human-implantable plastic), and a small but well-equipped electronics shop with extensive Arduino, LilyPad and robotics support, sewing machines, a basic bio-tech lab, and a wide variety of other tools and resources.

Inworks downtown campus is located at the CU Dravo Building first floor room 1300.

Address: 1250 14th Street, Denver CO 80202

Directions:

For Public Transit - (from the south) We suggest taking the D/F/H lines to the Theater District / Convention Center stop, and then walking west on 14th Street for 3 1/2 blocks. (from the north) If you arrive at Union Station (for example, using the Flatirons Flyer buses), we suggest taking the 16th Street Mallride from Union Station east to Larimer, and walking 2 blocks south to our location.

Parking:

Pay lots can be found around campus and downtown Denver, as well as metered street parking.

The most reasonably priced parking garage in the area is at the Tivoli Station, on campus at Auraria Parkway and 9th Street. The walk to Inworks from that parking garage is about half a mile. Walk northeast from the Tivoli, up Larimer, across Speer. We are at 14th and Larimer.
